Emilye's church launched The Shout Prayer Mentor Ministry in February of '05 with 300 prayer mentors and has enjoyed as many as 450 mentors praying for students!
Steve and Justyn dedicated their first 700 mile ride, Shout: North to South, to Emilye, a beautiful then 16-year-old stuggling with an addiction to drugs and alcohol.
Like so many teens, Emilye has parents, a church family, and friends who love her deeply, yet, still, she was unable to resist the pull of the culture.
100's of people all along their trek prayed for Emilye. Through the power of Jesus Christ released in Emiye's life by lot's of prayer and encouragement, Emilye is finding the freedom she had long desired!
Emilye's story is representative of an entire generation who is being victimized by a materialistic culture gone wild.
